Bunnies Rabbitry We are available everyday of the week except SUNDAYS! Sunday
is our family day, Our day of worship and time for our family only...(CTR) ***No
Sales of Bunnies on this day.... or phone calls returned or emails answered until Monday.....We appreciate your understanding
of our family only time! OUR # 1 Goal is to have 100% All Happy Customers because without you we wouldnt
be able to continue raising bunnies which is the love of our lives!!!! If for any reason you are ever unhappy with your bunny
or your experience with us PEASE Contact us ASAP so we can try to reach a solution to bring you happiness since this is our
goal!! We strive everyday to be CHRISTLIKE and to be the best we can be~ and hope to offer you a wonderful experience

We do require a 50% deposit of full purchase price on any rabbit/rabbits you wish to purchase from us and
put on a Hold status.This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE , so please be sure you are Certain you want the rabbit. If you
change your mind after you send a deposit, ~ you DON'T get your deposit back.Deposits are only refundable if and
only if something would happen to the rabbit before you pick it up. Local purchases we accept Cash only No Checks~ Sorry but
others have ruined it by bouncing checks to us one to many times~~~ so no more "In God We Trust" all others pay Cash
Only!!!
We also reserve the right to re-sell bunnies that have been sold and not picked up at agreed upon time
or date and if other arrangments have not been made for pick up past the original agreement. We do reserve
the right to charge a boarding fee of $5.00 per rabbit per day past the original agreed upon date of pick up.
*****BOARDING
OF BUNNIES ***** AVAILABLE While You are away on vacation....We offer boarding of rabbits while you are away on vacation
we charge $5.00 per day and your bunny will stay with us as long as you need them to and get playtime outside, and inside
with our family while you are away. We do ask to be payed in full before you leave to ensure yu will comeback for
your furry friend as some people have never came back.....Thanks for your understanding that are time is very valuable.
**** If ever the time comes that you can no longer keep your bunny~~ PLEASE~ Please return the bunny to us so we can
ensure a good future for your bunny by placeing the bunny in a loving forever home ...
*****We do ship bunnies Internationally
around the globe, but total bunny purchase price must be atleast $300.00 to make it worth our time
and effort~ & that price does not include shipping price which averages to be between $200-$300 (1-4 bunnies), health
certificates $45-$90 (1-4 bunnies), shipping cage $45-150.00(depending on flight cage international or USA), feed, &
water dishs ($5-12.00, or my gas to take bunnies to vet and to the airport($50.00). Total price estimated between $700-$800
to ship 4 bunnies...***Prices are subject to change this is just a rough estimate of what to expect.
****Our
Colored Bunnies sell between $45.00- $300.00( Depending on pet quality, brood quality or Show quality) Please
note,** pet
quality bunnies do not come with pedigrees.
Colors we raise include but are not limited to Tortoise,
Black, orange, Frostys, Squirrels,Opals, Otters, Smoke Pearls, Lynx, Chinchillas, Sable points, Chestnuts and Brokens
of this sort.

If you are interested in a bunny from us please get put on
our waiting list ASAP to ensure we can get you the bunny you are looking for. It always amazes people how quickly our bunnies
sell so Please send us your contact info and the breed/color/quality/age bunny you are looking for and this will ensure
when we have a bunny that becomes available that mets your criteria you will be contacted first before we place the bunny
available on our sales page. **Please also Note, that those wishing to be placed at the top of our waiting
list may send a deposit ahead of time and be placed at the top of our waiting list.....
Our rabbits are healthy to our knowledge, it is your responsibility to check the rabbit
before you leave with the rabbit. We will absolutly not knowingly sell any sick rabbits under any circumstances. We have a
great reputation and plan to uphold it, and always are honest in all that we do ( please refer to our testimonial page)
and if you would like we can send you a list of our references. If for any reason you feel your bunny is sick contact us immediatly!!!!!
We can bring rabbits to shows We plan on attending Free of charge So please let us know if there is a bunny you
would like us to bring. PLEASE If you don't show up at a agreed upon time, and place your deposit is NOT Refundable.
Please call me if not able to meet on agreed time or date,~ with 5 kids and much to do our time is very valuable, Please be
considerate of this. Below is a list of terms used on our bunnies for sale page....
********Request-
An interest in a nestbox news bunny has been made and they will be given 1st picks after the girls pick who they are keeping
and after anyone on our waiting lists have been contacted....
********Pending - An interest
in the rabbit has been made, and we are waiting on a deposit to be received within 5 days or the
bunny will become available again.
***** (Available) ~ This Means this in
particular bunny is available for purchase at this time. We do waive the right to back out of a deal if the bunny for
whatever reason becomes unavailable due to several different reasons at our descretion hopefully before receiving a deposit
or the deposit can be refunded or transfered to another rabbit at buyer and owners agreement.

Deposit - We will accept money orders, Paypal or cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit
is required to hold any rabbit. The deposit must be received within 5 days of initial contact and putting bunny on pending
status, if the deposit is not received within 5 days, ~~ the rabbit will be put back up for sale. Please contact us before
any deposits are made. there will be an additional fee charged for Paypal.
******* Hold - The deposit has been received. Arrangements will be made for a pick up
date. If you do not pick up the rabbit on the schedule date, sale will be null and void and no refund will be made, unless
other arrangements have been made. If We need to keep your bunny past the said date there will be a $5.00 boarding fee
per day to hold onto your bunny for you~ or if there are multiple bunnies it will cost a boarding fee of $5.00 per bunny
per additional day we have to hold them for you past our agreed upon time and date.
********Sold - Full payment has been received and the bunny has been picked up. ** Please note that~ On the day of pick
up the remaining balance must be paid in full & made in cash only!
********Watching This means we are
still watching the bunny to decide whether or not we are keeping~ if interested in a bunny marked with watching you may
still inquire about the bunny...
*********Keeping This means, The girls are keeping this
in particular bunny to use for our breeding program.
